Are you new to our church family? Been a few Sundays, and want to get to know us a little more, and see where you might fit in? Join us for a dinner at Pastor Andy’s house to get to know some of the staff and other new faces in a more intimate setting than a Sunday morning. We’ll get to know each other, and share a little more about Coastal, groups we have, and ways for you to connect!
Our 2024 Building & Grounds Volunteer Day was such a smashing success that we’re doing it all over again—mark your calendars for February 22nd, 2025! Last time, we got a ton done, made new friends, shared laughs, and wrapped up the day feeling proud (and maybe a little sore). This time, we’re aiming for even bigger results—so we’re calling on all painters, landscapers, and handy folks who want to pitch in and make a difference. We need YOU!
Bonus: Lunch is on us!
Bring your energy, your tools (if you’ve got them), and a can-do attitude. Let’s make it another memorable and impactful day!

Starting November 10th, we invite you to join us in a special tradition of generosity and community care through the Giving Tree, located in the church foyer. This initiative is a meaningful way to help families in our congregation who could use a little extra support during the holidays.
Pick a Tag – Visit the Giving Tree and choose as many tags as you’d like. Each tag lists a gift card request that will help bring holiday joy to a family in need.
Purchase a Gift Card – Purchase the corresponding gift cards as indicated on your tags.
Return Your Gift Card – Drop the gift cards in one of our tithing boxes, hand them to a staff member, or bring them to the church office.
Know a Family in Need?
If you know someone within our congregation who could benefit from the Giving Tree, please reach out to the church office or connect with any of our Deacons to ensure they’re included.
On behalf of Women’s Ministry and our Deacons, thank you for embodying the spirit of giving this season and sharing the love of Christ with our community.

How can I resist evil?
Does God heal today?
What about the church?

As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience, Debbie understands the challenges faced by individuals dealing with mental illness, and her co-leader, Gene, brings a personal perspective to the table. Together, they aim to create a safe space for sharing stories, building trust, and providing support and resources for families caring for loved ones with mental health disorders. If you're interested in joining this special group, please reach out to Debbie or Gene after services to discuss logistics. Remember, you're not alone, and vulnerability can lead to healing and the removal of unjust shame and guilt associated with this illness.
We understand that caregiver burnout is a genuine concern, often leading to neglect of one's own well-being. We want to help break the isolation and provide a safe place for open discussions. This group is free of charge and open to anyone with a family member facing a mental health disorder. As space is limited, please let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to participate. Adults only, please. Childcare availability can be discussed further with Debbie or Gene. We're thrilled about this opportunity and hope you'll prayerfully consider joining us in this journey towards healing and support.
