Intro to Strength Training: Tuesday and Saturday @ 10:00am in the Fellowship Hall
This class will focus on core strength, stability, and mobility. Shahrad will be hosting this group training class for any and all ages and abilities. There will be many floor based exercises along with the use of dumbbells or resistance bands. Each exercise can be modified to accommodate any existing physical limitations.
Please bring dumbbells, resistance bands, or a yoga mat if you have one!
*Also, Please let the instructor know if you have any medical conditions or limitations that he should be aware of prior to the class.
