What is Coastal Compass? 

Let me tell you it’s not. It’s not a lame leadership meeting that will waste your time. Every year, the staff of Coastal Community Church collaborates on the vision of our church. We define what success looks like and ensure Christ is at the center of our focus. This vision guides us in all that we do.

Who is it for?

Coastal Compass is for all of our current volunteers across all of our teams. We want to take a day to thank you for your dedication and hard work. We also want to encourage and equip you to better execute our vision as a church. We want you to end your day refreshed and ready to walk in the calling the Lord has on your life. We are striving to be unified in our goal of bringing Christ’s kingdom to the community around us. 

We are also welcoming any individual who would like to become more involved in the different ministry opportunities here at Coastal Community Church. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the leadership values and the culture of vulnerability required to serve in our various ministries. 

What should I expect?

For starters, we’ll feed you! Breakfast and lunch will be provided. We’ll be meeting on the Lowell Patio for a light breakfast and orientation. Pastor Andy and Pastor Paul will share various topics centered around healthy church leadership, Gospel-centered success, and creating onramps to the kingdom. Childcare will not be provided so our children’s ministry volunteers are free to attend.

We’ll begin at 9am and conclude in the afternoon at 2pm. This will be an in-person event so please rsvp so we make sure to have enough supplies, goodies, and food for everyone.
